Because this is funded by the British Heart Foundation, Heartstart Gravesham Life Saving Club is able to offer FREE 2 hour courses in Adult Basic Life Support training. The only costs would be a donation towards the scheme so that other people may also benefit, or purchasing some of the goods we have for sale.
The course includes:-
- gereral care of a casualty including procedures for obtaining help
- dealing with an unconscious person who is breathing
- performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- dealing with choking
- dealing with seroius bleeding
- dealing with a suspected heart attack casualty
There will be some items for sale, pocket face shields, etc, so please bring some money for any purchases you might like to make.
