There is no session at Cygnets Leisure Centre on Saturday 30th July – and unlikely to be a session at Sheerness on Sunday 31st July.Anyone that would like to go to Sheerness on Sunday please leave a message and if there is sufficient interest I will arrange the hut to be open.
Please have this form completed and bring along on the beach sessions.
There is no Lifesaving Club training on Saturday at Cygnets this week – as Lifeguards are in training, and no Cobham Hall for the Summer – However Sheerness is calling!I have attached a permission form for those under 18 years of age and it also contains details for parking, what to bring etc. for our first session in 2022 THIS SUNDAY 17th July!
I am hoping that the weather will be great but as ever – please check the Website and Facebook for updates on the day before travel. Bring hats, sunscreen, swim costumes and wetsuit if you have them, drinks and folding chairs if you fancy a comfy seat.
The club does have some wetsuits – please message me if needed. Looking forward to seeing you all there. Carol-Andy Griggs
The AED that is managed at the Gravesend Boat PH was deployed to day following a 999 call. Thankfully no shock was required and the patient has been taken to hospital for further tests. Donations are always welcome to help fund the scheme. Please email GraveshamLSC@hotmail.com if you would like to make a donation.
We were pleased to be involved with the delivery of training in AED use to members of the public to support the public access AED at Chalk Parish Hall on 12th February 2022.
