    Welcome back to lifesaving for everyone! Session fees are £4 per swimmer and should be paid by placing your money in a sealed envelope with the swimmers name written on it.

    Don't forget to bring wet suits, beach TShirts, water shoes, and any help to carry equipment would be appreciated as ever. Use of lifeguard station for changing and shelter. Please bring a couple of pounds per swimmer as a donation for Sheerness. Car parking is available close by, but please remember to pay at the machine.
